No. Clients access their portal through a secure magic link sent to their email — no sign-up or password required. They can view proposals, sign contracts, and make payments instantly.

What payment methods does HoldDate support?

HoldDate uses Stripe to process payments, which supports all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (ACH). Clients can pay directly from their portal.

Can I use my own contract templates?

Yes. You can upload and customize your own contract templates. HoldDate supports merge fields to auto-fill client and event details, saving you time on every booking.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. HoldDate is built on Supabase and hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure. We use Row Level Security to ensure your data is isolated from other accounts.

What happens after my 14-day trial?
